How climate change is altering the Earth’s rotation

For the first time, researchers at ETH Zurich have been able to fully explain the various causes of long-term polar motion in the most comprehensive modeling to date, using AI methods. Their model and their observations show that climate change and global warming will have a greater influence on the Earth’s rotational speed than the effect of the moon, which has determined the increase in the length of the day for billions of years.

Climate change is causing the ice masses in Greenland and Antarctica to melt. Water from the polar regions is flowing into the world’s oceans—and especially into the equatorial region.

“This means that a shift in mass is taking place, and this is affecting the Earth’s rotation,” explains Benedikt Soja, Professor of Space Geodesy at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering at ETH Zurich.

OpenAI Hardware Leader Caitlin Kalinowski Resigns Over Pentagon Deal as Benjamin Bolte Joins

In a weekend of significant leadership shifts at OpenAI, Caitlin Kalinowski, the executive overseeing the company's hardware and robotics efforts, announced her resignation on March 7, 2026. Her departure is a direct response to OpenAI’s recent agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense, a deal that has sparked internal debate over the ethical boundaries of AI in national security.

The resignation coincided with the announcement that Benjamin Bolte, the former CEO of the now-defunct K-Scale Labs, has joined OpenAI. While the two events appear unrelated in purpose, they highlight a period of intense flux for the company’s physical computing ambitions.

Principles Over People: Kalinowski’s Exit

Kalinowski, who joined OpenAI in late 2024 after a high-profile career leading AR hardware at Meta and product design at Apple, cited “governance concerns” as the primary driver for her exit. In a series of posts on X and LinkedIn, she emphasized that while AI plays a vital role in national security, the speed and terms of OpenAI’s Pentagon contract crossed critical lines.

“Surveillance of Americans without judicial oversight and lethal autonomy without human authorization are lines that deserved more deliberation than they got,” Kalinowski stated. She further clarified that her decision was about “principle, not people,” maintaining respect for CEO Sam Altman and the robotics team.

The controversy stems from OpenAI’s decision to deploy its models on a classified government network. This move followed the collapse of similar negotiations between the Pentagon and Anthropic, which reportedly sought stricter limits on domestic surveillance. Critics within the industry have characterized OpenAI’s swift agreement as “opportunistic,” a sentiment Altman later acknowledged regarding the deal’s public rollout.

OpenAI has defended the partnership, stating that its “red lines” explicitly preclude the use of its technology for autonomous weaponry or unauthorized domestic surveillance. However, Kalinowski’s departure suggests that these internal safeguards were not viewed as sufficiently established before the deal was finalized.

OpenAI reveals more details about its agreement with the Pentagon

After negotiations between Anthropic and the Pentagon fell through on Friday, President Donald Trump directed federal agencies to stop using Anthropic’s technology after a six-month transition period, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said he was designating the AI company as a supply-chain risk.

Then, OpenAI quickly announced that it had reached a deal of its own for models to be deployed in classified environments. With Anthropic saying it was drawing red lines around the use of its technology in fully autonomous weapons or mass domestic surveillance, and Altman saying OpenAI had the same red lines, there were some obvious questions: Was OpenAI being honest about its safeguards? Why was it able to reach a deal while Anthropic was not?

So as OpenAI executives defended the agreement on social media, the company also published a blog post outlining its approach.

In fact, the post pointed to three areas where it said OpenAI’s models cannot be used — mass domestic surveillance, autonomous weapon systems, and “high-stakes automated decisions (e.g. systems such as ‘social credit’).”

The company said that in contrast to other AI companies that have “reduced or removed their safety guardrails and relied primarily on usage policies as their primary safeguards in national security deployments,” OpenAI’s agreement protects its red lines “through a more expansive, multi-layered approach.”

“We retain full discretion over our safety stack, we deploy via cloud, cleared OpenAI personnel are in the loop, and we have strong contractual protections,” the blog said. “This is all in addition to the strong existing protections in U.S. law.”

OpenAI’s Pentagon deal raises new questions about AI and mass surveillance

OpenAI’s decision drew criticism from many AI researchers and tech policy experts, even though OpenAI said it had achieved limitations in its agreement around surveillance of U.S. citizens and lethal autonomous weapons that Anthropic wanted in its contract but which the Pentagon had refused.

One of the key points of contention was over domestic mass surveillance. Experts have long warned that advanced AI is capable of taking scattered, individually innocuous data—like a person’s location, finances, search history—and assembling it into a comprehensive picture of any person’s life, automatically and at scale. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has said that this kind of AI-driven mass surveillance presents serious and novel risks to people’s “fundamental liberties” and that “the law has not yet caught up with the rapidly growing capabilities of AI.”

But while OpenAI said in a blog post it had reached a deal with the Pentagon that its technology would not be used for mass domestic surveillance or direct autonomous weapons systems, the two hard limits that Anthropic had refused to drop, some legal and policy experts have raised questions about a potential gap in the law.

President Trump removed all regulatory protections for AI despite many AI experts warning about the dangers of AI causing possible human extinction.

In 2025, the Trump Administration took historic steps to advance U.S. dominance in AI. In his first week back in office, President Trump rescinded the disastrous Biden AI Executive Order which hindered AI innovation and endangered technological leadership at a critical time. In July 2025, President Trump signed America’s AI Action Plan, which identified over 90 Federal policy actions to promote American AI by enabling adoption, removing red tape, and investing in R&D, while securing American technologies and protecting them from malicious use. On the same day, President Trump issued three AI Executive Orders to export American AI, promote rapid buildout of data centers and supporting energy infrastructure, and uphold free speech in AI models. In addition, the Trump Administration launched the Genesis Mission that applies AI to our scientific enterprise, created a national strategy for AI diplomacy, prioritize AI across R&D budget priorities, and established a whole-of-government effort to advance regulatory reforms that enable sector-specific AI adoption.

Throughout, President Trump has made clear that American workers must be at the center of our AI strategy—ensuring that the ongoing AI boom translates into jobs, upskilling, and opportunity for the American people. He also launched initiatives to apply AI in K-12 education, created the Presidential AI Challenge, signed an Executive Order to use AI to tackle childhood pediatric cancer, and signed into law the TAKE IT DOWN Act to protect our children and families.

President Trump’s work on AI builds on extensive actions from his first term. The President’s foresight about the importance of American AI leadership led him to sign the first-ever Executive Order on AI in 2019. This Order launched the Nation’s first AI Strategy, the American AI Initiative—which contains pillars still relevant today, including removing barriers to AI innovation, preparing the U.S. workforce with skills to adapt an thrive in the age of AI, and promoting an international environment that opens markets for American industry. The First Trump Administration also committed to doubling AI research investment, established the first-ever national AI research institutes, strengthened American leadership in AI technical standards, and issued the first-ever U.S. regulatory guidance to provide clarity and enable AI adoption in the private sector, paving way for the unprecedented AI boom we see today.

AI Innovation

Unveiling America’s AI Action Plan. On July 23, 2025, the White House released “Winning the AI Race: America’s AI Action Plan,” which synthesized a whole-of-government strategy to win the AI race and power a new age of American leadership in science, technology, and global influence. The Plan identifies over 90 Federal policy actions across three pillars: accelerating AI innovation, building domestic AI infrastructure, and leading in international diplomacy and security. Since its release, Federal agencies have been implementing priority actions, including launching the American AI Exports Program, identifying Federal lands and streamlining permitting for AI infrastructure buildout, ensuring AI models procured by the government prioritize truthfulness and ideological neutrality, and investing in a skilled AI workforce.

Removing Barriers to American AI Innovation. In his first week in office, President Trump signed Executive Order 14179, “Removing Barriers to American Leadership in Artificial Intelligence,” which revoked the Biden Administration’s harmful AI Executive Order that established unnecessarily burdensome requirements for companies developing and deploying AI. The President’s new Executive Order refocused U.S. AI policy on promoting economic competitiveness and national security, and emphasized that American development of AI systems must be free from ideological bias or engineered social agendas. It also directed the development of America’s AI Action Plan, a whole-of-government strategy to solidify America’s AI dominance.

AI R&D and AI for Science

Launching the Genesis Mission to Leverage AI for Science. On November 24, 2025, President Trump signed Executive Order 14363, “Launching the Genesis Mission,” a new national effort to use AI to transform how scientific research is conducted and accelerate the speed of discovery, with the aim of doubling the productivity and impact of federally-funded scientific research and development within a decade. The Mission mobilizes the Department of Energy’s 17 National Laboratories, private industry, and America’s leading universities and harnesses the world’s best supercomputers, experimental facilities, AI systems, and unique datasets across every major scientific domain to tackle use-inspired science and technology challenges, strengthen national security, and secure energy dominance. On December 10, 2025, DOE announced over $320 million in investments across four signature initiatives to advance the Mission’s AI capabilities.

Launching the Largest AI Infrastructure Project in History. On his second day back in office, President Trump announced Stargate, a joint venture between U.S. and partner country technology companies to build next-generation AI infrastructure in the United States. Stargate plans to invest $500 billion over four years to construct up to 20 large AI data centers, beginning with an immediate $100 billion investment in a flagship project in Abilene, Texas. In September 2025, Stargate announced five new U.S. AI data center sites in Texas, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Ohio, bringing total planned capacity to 7 gigawatts and more than $400 billion in investment over three years. Enabled by President Trump’s leadership, Stargate’s AI infrastructure buildout will strengthen American leadership in AI and create over 100,000 American jobs.

The Arm ecosystem will provide the specialized compute needed by consumer gateway devices used to access the metaverse, along with the underlying cloud, edge, and 5G infrastructure

ARM brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) are designed to enhance interaction within the Metaverse by decoding brain signals to control virtual environments. These interfaces can improve user experience by allowing more intuitive navigation and interaction in virtual spaces.

NVIDIA is collaborating with Synchron to develop brain-computer interface (BCI) technology that enhances real-time neural processing. This partnership aims to improve communication for individuals with severe disabilities by using AI to interpret brain signals and generate responses.

Expanding Access to Chronic Disease Technologies with Digital Health. The FDA launched the Technology-Enabled Meaningful Patient Outcomes (TEMPO) for Digital Health Devices Pilot, a first-of-its-kind, voluntary initiative to promote safe access to innovative digital health technologies aimed at improving outcomes for chronic conditions. TEMPO will provide a risk-based enforcement approach allowing certain digital health devices to be used in care settings while manufacturers collect and share real-world performance data under FDA oversight. The pilot seeks to accelerate real-world use and evidence generation for digital tools across multiple health domains, potentially informing future regulatory decisions and expanding patient access to advanced care technologies.

Health & Pharmaceutical Innovations

Streamlining Regulations for Quicker Drug Approvals. The FDA launched its FDA Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher pilot program, which aims to cut proposal review timelines from 10–12 months down to 2 months. The program also removed a key limitation on the use of real-world evidence used in drug and device applications reviews. In new guidance for certain types of medical device submissions, the agency will accept real-world evidence without requiring that identifiable individual patient data collected from real-world data sources always be submitted in a marketing submission. This common-sense reform will unlock access to vast databases like cancer and cystic fibrosis registries that contain critical insights about how treatments work in the real world.

Approving Novel and Innovative Drugs and Treatments. It has been a shocking couple of weeks, finding ourselves not only being part of a new war, but seeing the world get closer to World War 3.

It has become very clear, that the America First Agenda has been completely transformed into Israel first agenda.

It appears that President Trump is ushering the New One World Order, according to Rabbi Weisberg. But how does that relate to Transhumanism and how come that Agenda is also being pushed forward?

Donald J. Trump: Jewish “messiah”

1. Rabbi Isser Zalman Weisberg: The Non-Jewish Messiah and the Pierced Ear

Our investigation must begin with the most explicit of the claimants. Rabbi Isser Zalman Weisberg, a Chabad-affiliated lecturer in Toronto, has articulated a theology so audacious that it reframes the very nature of American history . Weisberg looks at the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, and does not see a security failure or a political moment; he sees a brit, a covenant.

Weisberg draws a direct line from the bullet that grazed Trump’s ear to the Torah portion in Exodus 21:6, where a servant who wishes to remain with his master forever has his ear pierced against a doorpost with an awl . According to Weisberg, the failed assassination was a divine ritual. The bullet that nicked Trump’s ear was God’s awl, marking him as the Eved Hashem—the eternal servant of the Jewish people. “President Trump’s right ear was grazed in a symbolic gesture,” Weisberg argues, “where the Torah states that a servant who wants to remain with his master needs to have his right ear pierced” .

This is not metaphor to Weisberg. It is physics and metaphysics colliding. He declares Trump to be the “second non-Jewish Messiah,” a title bestowed only once before in history, upon Cyrus the Great . The original Cyrus, the Persian king, issued the decree allowing the Jews to return to Zion and rebuild the Second Temple. Weisberg sees Trump fulfilling the same function for the Third Temple. But Weisberg’s vision is not merely one of political alliance; it is one of abject subservience. He posits that the “Make America Great Again” movement has misread its own destiny. America, he argues, was never meant to be great on its own. Its greatness will only be realized when President Trump, as the leader of the West, leads the United States to Jerusalem to bow before the Jewish Messiah.

In Weisberg’s eschatology, the United Nations will be dissolved and replaced by a “real United Nations” based in Jerusalem, with the Jewish Messiah as its sovereign . Trump’s role is to be the first head of state to kneel. This is a theological vision that, if taken seriously by its adherents, renders the sovereignty of the United States merely a temporary holding pattern until the American president can hand the keys of history over to the Davidic king. It is a stunningly radical re-imagining of American purpose, and it is being preached from an amud (pulpit) in Toronto.

2. Rabbi Mendel Kessin: The Reincarnation of Esau and the Secret of 424

If Weisberg provides the political framework, Rabbi Mendel Kessin provides the mystical machinery. Kessin, a popular lecturer in the “Torah Thinking” shiurim, does not merely suggest Trump is like Cyrus; he suggests Trump is the gilgul (reincarnation) of specific souls destined to aid the Messiah . His framework is dizzying in its complexity, rooted in the teachings of the Ramchal (Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto).

Kessin identifies Trump with the biblical figure of Esau. In the standard Jewish exegetical tradition, Esau is the archetype of Rome, of Edom, of the oppressive Western empire. He is the brother who sold his birthright and sought to kill Jacob. However, Kessin performs a startling act of theological legerdemain. He proposes that Trump represents the “good part” of Esau doing teshuva (repentance) . According to Kessin, Esau’s original mission was to fight evil and protect Jacob (the Jews). It was a mission Esau failed. But in Trump, the soul of Esau has returned to rectify that failure.

To bolster this, Kessin reaches into the Talmudic era, drawing a parallel between Rabbi Judah the Prince (Rebbe), the compiler of the Mishnah, and the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. He recounts the legend that Marcus Aurelius’s mother saved Rebbe’s life, and that Marcus allowed the Jews to compile the Oral Law. Kessin posits that Trump is the reincarnation of Marcus Aurelius, and therefore of Esau, destined to protect the Jewish people in their divine mission .

Kessin views the legal persecution of Trump—the indictments, the trials, the convictions—not as the consequences of alleged financial fraud or obstruction of justice, but as a divine “refining process.” He compares Trump’s legal woes to the imprisonment of Joseph in Egypt; it is a necessary descent before the ascent to viceregal power . And then, Kessin returns to the number. He confirms that the gematria of Donald Trump equals Mashiach ben David (424), but he refines the theology: Trump is not the Messiah, but his soul number aligns with the messianic energy required for the redemption . In Kessin’s world, voting for Trump is not a political act; it is a mystical participation in the repair of the world, the Tikkun Olam of the soul of Esau.

3. Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu: The Tzfat Sanhedrin and the Divine Decree

Moving from the mystical fringes of America to the religious establishment of Israel, we encounter Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, the Chief Rabbi of Tzfat (Safed). Unlike Weisberg and Kessin, who operate as independent lecturers, Eliyahu is a figure of institutional power. He is the son of the legendary former Sephardic Chief Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu, and his words carry weight in the national-religious community.

On Inauguration Day in January 2025, Rabbi Eliyahu issued a public blessing to Donald Trump. It was not a generic wish for success. It was a declaration of divine appointment. “The Holy One, blessed be He, watches over him,” Eliyahu stated, “and He chose him and put it in people’s hearts to choose him, and he has a divine mission” .

Eliyahu explicitly invokes the Cyrus paradigm, reminding Trump that he is a “king who rules over many kings,” but that he must always remember there is a “King of Kings above” . This blessing was not issued in a vacuum. Eliyahu was a key organizer of a letter signed by some 250 Israeli rabbis—including Chief Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef—thanking Trump for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital . That letter told Trump that “prophecies are being fulfilled” because of his actions.

The investigative implication here is profound. Rabbi Eliyahu and his signatories are mainstream enough to command respect, yet radical enough to frame a foreign president’s policy as the fulfillment of Isaiah. They are essentially drafting Trump into the Jewish liturgical narrative. When they cite Isaiah 62:1—”For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent”—and apply it to Trump’s embassy move, they are not merely praising a politician; they are performing an act of canonization . They are weaving Trump into the fabric of the Haftarah.

V. Rabbi Yosef Berger: The Temple Mount and the King of the West

If Rabbi Eliyahu provides the institutional heft, Rabbi Yosef Berger provides the apocalyptic endpoint. Berger, a prominent figure associated with the Temple Mount movement and the disciples of the late Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri, is perhaps the most unambiguous in linking Trump to the geula (redemption) .

Berger’s theology centers on the Temple. He believes that the Third Temple must be built, and that it will be built by a non-Jew. “Just like the Second Temple, the Third Temple will be built by non-Jews,” Berger argues . He sees Trump as the spiritual descendant of the Roman Emperor, the leader of the Western world, who has the unique capacity to “rectify the sin Rome committed with destroying the second temple” .

Berger adds another layer to the Moses typology. He compares Trump’s political career to the life of Moses: hidden as a child, revealed in his first success (entering the White House), hidden again (losing in 2020), and revealed a second time for his ultimate function . For Berger, Trump’s reelection in 2024 is the “second coming” of Moses, the moment when the leader is finally positioned to fulfill his function: facilitating the construction of the Holy Temple on the Temple Mount, a site currently home to the Dome of the Rock.

This is not merely messianic rhetoric; it is a political program with the potential for catastrophic real-world consequences. The rebuilding of the Temple would require the removal or destruction of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, an act that would almost certainly ignite a world war. Yet, for Rabbi Berger, Trump is the agent destined to make this happen. “Trump’s election is a necessary element of the geula,[redemption]” he insists .

5. Rabbi Hillel Weiss: The Sanhedrin, the Coin, and the Choice

Finally, we turn to Rabbi Hillel Weiss, the former spokesman of the nascent Sanhedrin—a modern-day attempt to recreate the ancient Jewish high court. Weiss has been consistent in his messianic framing of Trump since 2017. Before Trump’s first visit to Israel as president, Weiss issued a statement that captures the essence of this entire movement: “President Trump can choose to be a part of a process to bring the Messiah” .

Weiss and the Sanhedrin group took the unprecedented step of minting a commemorative coin featuring Trump’s profile superimposed on the image of Cyrus the Great . The coin was a physical manifestation of the theological merger they were attempting to perform. It declared, in metal, that the American president was the Persian king reborn.

Weiss’s language is one of invitation and warning. Trump has a choice. He can be Cyrus, or he can be just another politician. But in the Weissian worldview, the stakes are cosmic. By inviting Trump to ascend the Temple Mount, they are inviting him to accept his role in the “blessing of Solomon,” a blessing reserved for foreign kings who recognize the God of Israel . The investigation reveals that for Weiss, Trump is a vessel of free will standing at the crossroads of history, and the Sanhedrin sees itself as the celestial signpost directing him toward the Temple.

In November 2016 the Times of Israel wrote about President Trump being the first Jewish President. We don’t know if he is or he isn’t since the internet has many different ideas, however he certainly has a pro Israel view to the extreme.

Levin then embraced Trump before shouting out: “And he loves Israel too!”

Before adding: “Six years ago, I was up here, and I said this is our first Jewish president,” to which the crowd applauded and Trump responded: “It’s true.”

The TV host continued: "Now he’s the first Jewish president to serve two non-consecutive presidencies. We thank you for everything.”

Per Politico, the Albanian prime minister Edi Rama suggested back in July that AI might be a handy tool in his efforts to stamp out government corruption and increase transparency.

“One day, we might even have a ministry run entirely by AI,” he said at a press conference. “That way, there would be no nepotism or conflicts of interest.”

Though most of this is theoretical posturing, Rama added that voters could hypothetically elect an AI algorithm to the council of ministers, turning Albania into “the first to have an entire government with AI ministers and a prime minister.”

Ben Blushi, Albania’s former minister of local government and decentralization, concurs. As Politico reported, Blushi argued that “societies will be better run by AI than by us because it won’t make mistakes, doesn’t need a salary, cannot be corrupted, and doesn’t stop working.”

Rudd, who is currently serving as Australia’s ambassador to the US, claims he did not visit Epstein and denies any friendship with him.

But the newly released files show that two days before the scheduled appointment, Epstein emailed his assistant, Lesley Groff, on June 6, 2014 to ask for non-vegetarian food to be made available at the upcoming Sunday lunch “as now kevin rudd is also coming”. Rudd was not in government at the time.

Just seconds later, Epstein follows up in another email to Groff: “Kevin Rudd might also stop by former prime minister austrailia [sic].”

$20 trillion lawsuit against China! US group says coronavirus is bioweapon

Coronavirus update: The plaintiffs have sought USD 20 trillion, which is a bigger amount than China’s GDP, claiming coronavirus is the result of a biological weapon prepared by the Chinese authorities

They allege the virus had released from the Wuhan Virology Institute. The plaintiffs stated that the COVID-19 virus was “designed” by China to kill mass populations. Biological weapons were outlawed in 1925 and hence such a biological weapon is a terrorist-related weapon of mass destruction, the lawsuit mentioned.

The American group cites multiple media reports that said that there was only one microbiology lab in China that handled advanced viruses like the novel coronavirus -- in Wuhan. To cover up, the plaintiffs alleged, China linked statements on coronavirus with national security protocols.

Klayman and the plaintiffs also alleged that Chinese doctors and researchers who spoke out about coronavirus and “raised the alarm to the outside world internationally” have been “silenced”. They added that such was the desperation of Major General Chen to save herself from the virus that she injected herself and six members of her team with a potential vaccine that was yet to be tested.

They also alleged that all the defendants were working together to perpetuate “international terrorism”.

The lawsuit stated that while coronavirus is slow-acting and slow-spreading to be used against a country’s military, “it was designed to be used against the general population of one or more of China’s perceived enemy nations, such as the United States.”

In December 2018, non-profit consumer advocacy organisation Public Citizen published a report titled: “’Self-Funded’ Trump Now Propped Up By Super PAC Megadonors.” The report disclosed that Schwarzman donated $344,000 in support of Trump’s re-election campaign. Following his election, Trump appointed Schwarzman as the chairman of the White House Strategic and Policy Forum.^[44]

In 2020, Schwarzman donated $15 million to the Senate Leadership Fund,^[45] a super-PAC tied to Mitch McConnell,^[46] $3 million to Donald Trump’s America First Action PAC, and a combined total for the election cycle of $33.5 million to Republican candidates. Several of the Republicans he funded voted against certifying the 2020 Presidential Election.^[47]

In private, Schwarzman called the January 6 United States Capitol attack an “insurrection” and “an affront to the democratic values we hold dear”. However, he stopped short of criticizing Trump over the riot.^[28]

In 2022, Schwarzman indicated that he would not support the Donald Trump 2024 presidential campaign, providing in a statement to Axios that it was “time for the Republican Party to turn to a new generation of leaders.”^[48] In 2024, Schwarzman announced that he would support Donald Trump as a “vote for change.”^[49]

In 2025, Schwarzman said the tariff situation in the US had put Europe in a unique position to capture more investment from those looking to diversify away from uncertain markets.^[50]

In the fall of 2025, Schwarzman became a key player in efforts to resolve the longstanding dispute between the Trump administration and Harvard University over university policies and billions of dollars in research funds.^[51]

In October 2025, Schwarzman was named by the White House as a donor to the construction of the White House State Ballroom, a proposed 90,000-square-foot (8,400 m²) expansion of the East Wing.^[52]

In November 2025, Schwartzman attended a red carpet dinner at the White House for Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. To affirm the permanent lessons of the COVID-19 response, to repudiate certain emergency measures as incompatible with constitutional liberty, and to establish binding principles for any future public-health emergency.

Whereas the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020–2023 occasioned the most widespread and prolonged suspension of civil liberties in American history;

Whereas many measures taken in the name of public health, at both the federal level and most states, lacked sufficient evidence of efficacy, in some cases were arbitrary, imposed disproportionate harm on the poor and working classes, and violated foundational principles of limited government;

Whereas the Senate now judges, with the benefit of hindsight and exhaustive subsequent reflection, that certain categories of intervention must never be repeated;

Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Senate—

(1) Declares that the following actions, however well-intentioned at the time, represented grave mistakes that shall not be repeated in any future public-health emergency:

(a) Prolonged closure of elementary, secondary schools, and colleges/universities for in-person instruction, which caused measurable and lasting harm to children’s educational attainment, mental health, and social development while producing no demonstrable reduction in community transmission beyond what targeted protections for vulnerable adults would have achieved;

(b) Indefinite closure or capacity restriction of private businesses deemed “non-essential” by executive fiat, including but not limited to restaurants, gyms, hair salons, places of worship, and small retail establishments;

(c) Universal population-wide mask mandates imposed by state, local, or federal authority without individualized medical exception processes that respect bodily autonomy;

(d) Stay-at-home orders that confined healthy citizens to their residences for weeks or months at a time, criminalizing ordinary outdoor activity, in addition to the brutal division of the workforce between those deemed “essential” and those deemed “nonessential;”

(e) Restrictions on routine access of nursing homes, hospitals and other medical services, including dentistry, that fell outside emergency demands, resulting in missed diagnostics and medical disruptions for millions of people;

(f) Agency-led dismissal, deprecation, and even removal from access to known therapeutics for respiratory viruses, which were made unavailable even with a physician prescription;

(g) The eviction moratoriums issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that exceeded statutory authority and disrupted the contractual foundations of property rights;

(h) Vaccine mandates imposed directly or indirectly (through OSHA, CMS, Department of Defense, or federal contractor rules) upon private employees, healthcare workers, members of the Armed Forces, or students as a condition of employment, education, or participation in civic life;

(i) The creation and enforcement of vaccine passport or immunity-status discrimination systems by any level of government or by private entities under government coercion;

(j) The sustained censorship, shadow-banning, deplatforming, or professional sanction of physicians, scientists, or citizens who publicly questioned official public-health guidance, including good-faith discussion of early-treatment protocols, natural immunity, or the developmental status of novel vaccines;

(k) The transfer of unprecedented fiscal authority to executive agencies without explicit Congressional appropriation, resulting in trillions of dollars of spending with inadequate oversight;

(l) Agency-directed hospital protocols which violated the doctor-patient relationship and trampled individual rights in medical treatment;

(2) Affirms that the constitutional rights enumerated in the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as unenumerated rights retained by the people under the Ninth Amendment, do not become optional during a declared emergency;

(3) Establishes as the permanent policy of the United States Senate the following principles that shall guide any future emergency response:

(a) Time-limited emergencies: No national or state emergency declaration related to public health may exceed 30 days without explicit reauthorization by a vote of Congress or the respective state legislature;

(b) Legislative primacy: No federal agency may impose penalties, mandates, or restrictions on private conduct affecting the broad population or economy without express statutory authorization enacted after the emergency has begun;

(c) Protection of minors: Elementary and secondary schools shall remain open for in-person instruction absent a specific, written finding by the relevant state legislature that closure is the least restrictive means of preventing imminent and overwhelming hospital collapse in that jurisdiction;

(d) Religious exercise: Places of worship shall be classified as essential at all times and may not be subjected to numeric capacity limits or activity restrictions more stringent than those applied to commercial establishments; religious freedom shall never again be infringed;

(e) Bodily autonomy: No American may be compelled, coerced, or subjected to adverse employment or educational consequences, or denied access to private businesses or their services or to civic life for declining any medical intervention, including vaccination, during a public-health emergency;

(f) Transparency and data: All modeling, data sets, and advisory committee deliberations used to justify restrictions shall be released in real time, unredacted except for legitimate national-security concerns;

(g) Prohibition on censorship: No federal official or agent may request, direct, or incentivize, even with pressure or funding to third parties, private communications platforms to remove, suppress, or label protected speech concerning pandemic policy, treatment options, or vaccine safety and efficacy;

(h) Compensation for takings: Any legitimate business forced to close or operate at reduced capacity by government order shall be entitled to full and prompt compensation for lost revenue at fair market rates;

(i) Sunset of emergency powers: All emergency orders issued by executive agencies shall automatically expire 30 days after issuance unless affirmatively renewed by Congress or the respective state legislature;

(4) Directs the Government Accountability Office to conduct annual audits of federal and state emergency-preparedness plans to ensure compliance with the principles herein;

(5) Calls upon the States to enact parallel legislation embodying these same principles, and pledges cooperation with any State that does so;

(6) Expresses the profound regret of the Senate for the unnecessary suffering inflicted upon the American people—especially children, small-business owners, the elderly isolated in nursing homes, cancer patients denied routine screenings, and millions who lost livelihoods—by policies that prioritized uniformity of compliance over proportionality, evidence, and human dignity.

When I found out about Epstein obsession regarding the Vagus nerve in the Epstein files, for me all alarm bells went off. For years now I have shown how the self assembly nanotechnology and synthetic biology COVID19 bioweapon attacks the autonomic nervous system (ANS), even through shedding to the unvaccinated - as well as via PCR, geoengineering and other modalities. I test this in everyone of my patients and I also do functional brain EEG studies in my clinical practice because all of the symptoms of brainfog, palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath with exertion, gut issues are all related. You can see one of my patients test who came in with highly contaminated blood and autonomic failure was found - this causes cardiac autonomic neuropathy leading to arrhythmia, endothelial cell dysfunction accelerating atherosclerosis, dizziness through low blood pressure when standing up and so much more.

I have been able to reverse these issues with IV infusion of EDTA, DMSO, Glutathione, Plaquex. Note both IV EDTA and DMSO pass the blood brain barrier, can disable lipid nanoparticles, remove metals and thereby disable the building blocks of this biological weapon. They debate that Artificial General Intelligence is here or imminent, and that the merging of humans with AI is happening now.

They discuss creating personal Avatars, reviving every dead person who ever lived via AI, Cryonics - the science of freezing yourself for the purpose of revival by nanotechnology and AI and much more. They discuss the idea of consciousness - but have no understanding of a spiritual self.

The idea of Transhumanists is to live as Gods, as Diamandis explains in his book. All of them discuss years of turbulence as human beings face the problem of purpose while being replaced by AI. For them utopia will be their fusion with AI and becoming 1000x more intelligent than any human.

The conversation is very intelligent, and if you want to understand the state of our world today, it is worth listening to them, so you can be prepared and make decisions for your own life as these changes manifest at lightening speed.

They are not alone, if you have listened to Elon Musk at the World Economic Forum with his prediction that there will be more humanoid robots then humans in a very short amount of time. I do not agree with Elon that we are alone in the universe - I think that is technocratic propaganda - given 11 Billion inhabitable planets in our Galaxy alone. Elon claims he is an Alien. Listen carefully at what he says.

However, he is quite serious about expanding to other planets and star systems due to possible impending global earth catastrophe. We do not have to look far, for imagine the millions of tons of geoengineering nanoparticles exploding in the atmosphere, or the over 90% likelihood that Artificial Intelligence will exterminate humanity. Again, listen to them, so you know that this is not science fiction, but science fact.

Could 3D-Printed Organs End the Donor Shortage?

The Transhuman Vision of Future Humans is moving forward. Carnegie Mellon University is leading the charge by a recent funding from ARPA-H to 3 D print livers.

ARPA-H is modeled after DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and both agencies focus on high-risk, high-impact research. While DARPA primarily develops technologies for military use, ARPA-H aims to advance health and biomedical research to solve critical health challenges.

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is an agency within the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

The idea is that the liver will be able to be placed in patients for about two to four weeks while their own liver regenerates, meaning those patients won’t need a full transplant. Once the patient has recovered, the bioprinted liver is naturally rejected and reabsorbed by the body.

When Alejandro Soto-Gutiérrez was growing up in Latin America, it was nearly impossible for people with organ failure to get transplants. He lost his uncle nearly 25 years ago to liver cirrhosis, shaping his career.

“Only those who could either pay for the immunosuppressants, which are necessary for transplants to prevent rejection, or the very few who could get the treatment for free were the only groups receiving transplants in Mexico at the time,” said Soto-Gutiérrez, Professor of Experimental Pathology and faculty member of the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute, University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. “I knew from that moment on that I wanted to tackle the organ transplant shortage.”

As of January 2026, Soto-Gutiérrez is part of a Carnegie Mellon University-led team that received up to $28.5 million from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) for Liver Immunocompetent Volumetric Engineering (LIVE), a project aimed at developing a functional, 3D-bioprinted liver for patients with acute liver failure. LIVE is part of ARPA-H’s Personalized Regenerative Immunocompetent Nanotechnology Tissue program to create personalized, functional human organs and tissues on demand through 3D bioprinting.

Today, more than 100,000 men, women and children are on the national transplant waiting list in the United States, with 13 people dying each day waiting for a transplant, according to the Health Resources and Services Administration. In continents with far more limited resources and health care disparities, those numbers are even more dire. In Africa, for example, only 286 transplants were recorded in the region in 2022, a sharp decline from the 643 transplants in 2016.

Soto-Gutiérrez’s role in the project is to define and measure the cell functions the bioprinted liver must meet for it to have a clinical benefit. The biggest challenge is overcoming the need for immunosuppressive medications, which can damage a patient’s organs or other systems in the body. The livers will be built using hypoimmune cells—engineered to function as universal donor cells so recipients can receive these tissues without needing immune‑suppressing drugs.

“Imagine eliminating immune suppression for life,” said Soto-Gutiérrez. “No medications, no costs and no fear of chronic rejection. That would fundamentally change transplantation forever.”

These novel, customizable stainless steel neural probes, or steeltrodes, that are microfabricated using a multilayer process which enables high-density electrode integration is the focus of a paper published in Nature Communications. The team has demonstrated successful high resolution neural recording from the auditory cortex of test subjects.

One hurdle the team had to overcome was the micro- and nanofabrication process for stainless steel. In the case of silicon probes, the fabrication process has benefitted from decades of research and development in the Micro-/Nano-Electromechanical Systems (MEMS/NEMS) and Complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) electronic industries. However, the same processes cannot be readily translated to stainless steel. By using a multilayer fabrication process that enables high-density electrode integration, as well as optional flexible cables, Chamanzar believes these probes can be manufactured in mass.

Futurist Ray Kurzweil predicts printed organs, nanorobots, and connecting our brains to computers in the cloud

In the early ’80s Kurzweil says he noticed that the ARPANET (the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), created by the Department of Defense, connected a thousand scientists. The number of users doubled every year. “I did the math and thought, ‘Whoa, this is going to be a worldwide web connecting hundreds of millions of people to each other and to vast knowledge resources by the late ’90s.’ Others thought that was ridiculous because the Department of Defense could only tie together one or two thousand scientists in a year. But the impact of exponential growth took over and it did happen.”

Biotechnology
“We’re also seeing a revolution with medical devices. You can now connect a computer into your brain if you are a Parkinson’s patient. That work has progressed exponentially. The first devices, which were well over a decade ago, were about the size of my cell phone and required major surgery to insert. It was inserted to one point along with a fairly simple computer and software,” said Kurzweil.

Now the devices are the size of a tiny pea and can be implanted with minimally invasive surgery, connect to many dozens of points, and has pretty sophisticated software. Today it is possible to communicate wirelessly with the device, download new software to the neural implant connected into your brain and from outside the patient. That’s today. “We’re shrinking these technologies at an exponential rate. They will be the size of blood cells in the 2030s,” he said.

Supercomputers are another example of how the trend marches along at an exponential pace. Consider this: To functionally simulate the human brain will need to perform 10^14 calculations per second. “That is my estimate but also from a number of independent estimates. We passed that rate with supercomputers a decade ago. We’ll pass that with a personal computer by the early 2020s. The software, however, will take a little longer. I’ve been consistent saying the software to pass a valid Turing test to emulate human intelligence, particularly with phenomena like language, will be available around 2029.”

Three-D printing should be of interest to medical designers because there are valuable niche applications, particularly in printing out organs and tissues. “A company I am familiar with is now actually 3D printing scaffolds for hearts, kidneys, and lungs using biodegradable materials and populating them with stem cells. The company has been successfully installing these manufactured organs in animals, and gearing up for human trials. This will be a mainstream technology within a decade. I think the golden era of 3D printing is going to start around 2020,” he said.

Nanorobots
“I mentioned that by the 2030s we’ll have devices the size of blood cells that can go inside the bloodstream. Precursors of those exist today but we don’t really have effective devices that have computation, sensors, actuators, storage, or sophisticated nanorobots the size of blood cells,” said Kurzweil. That will be a 2030s phenomena.

There will be three applications for nanorobots. The first is to augment our immune system. Intelligent devices are already inside our bloodstream to keep us healthy. They’re our natural T-cells, but they evolved tens of thousands of years ago when conditions were different. It was not in the interest of the human species for us to live very long. Human life expectancy was 19 years. After 25, you had raised your kids and you’re just using up the limited food and resources of the tribe. Even by 1800, human life expectancy was just 37.

The immune system was not selected for long life. It doesn’t work against cancer. It doesn’t work on retroviruses and has all kinds of limitations. “We can finish that job by creating nanorobots, there have been very detailed analysis of these, that will be able to go against every pathogen, cancer cells, cancer stem cells, viruses, prions, bacteria, amoeba, all kinds of pathogens. You’ll merely download new software from the internet when a new pathogen emerges,” said Kurzweil.
