These microwave transmitters are in electronic devices that people would never think contained such things. I recently bought a Mr. Coffee coffee maker at Walmart. I brought it in the house, measured the EMF radiation in the house before plugging it in, and then again after plugging it in. Sure enough, the device was emitting pulsed microwaves. It seems they are putting these transmitters in ALL ELECTRONICS -- the better to kill us with. I test every single electronic device i bring in this house and return it immediately if it is pulsing microwaves. Even a blender I recently bought was doing this!!!! It is so freaking disturbing.
I prefer the first one because it really picks up the pulsed microwaves which strongly affect my heart. So I need to be very careful about the pulses in my environment.

RF and EMF are basically the same. RF = radiofrequencies. Any quality EMF meter should be measuring both radiofrequencies and microwaves. Safe Living Technologies also offers a meter that detects millimeter waves from 5G. It's very expensive but some people may have the money to buy it so I'm mentioning it here.
The article you have linked to is not correct. Radiofrequencies are not considered to go up 300 GHz (gigahertz). When you get that high, you are dealing with millimeter waves, not the longer radio waves. Also, EMF meters typically DO NOT measure electric or magnetic fields, although the one pictured in that article (the Trifield meter) does measure all 3. There are other errors in that article so I would not pay too much attention to it.
The Safe and Sound Classic is one I have linked to above. It is a good quality meter but will not demonstrate the pulsing the way the Pro II model will. For me and others who are sensitivre, seeing the pulses is essential as these are the most biological damaging and you have to shield against them or get rid of the devices causes them.
You deal with issue by (a) getting rid of wireless devices and wiring whatever devices you have left in the house; and/or (b) using proper shielding to shield against the radiation. Going outside is not likely to help you unless you are in a very rural area with no cell towers an no radiation from your neighbor's wifi, smart meters, cell phones, etc.

For someone who is contemplating moving, carefully assess your new location. If it is a house, is there a garden shed or storage shed in the yard? If I were contemplating moving, I would seriously consider wiring that little shed for internet, and keep the house a bit safer.

I've been spending a fortune on repairing old appliances (washer, etc), but hubs dropped something on my slide-in range glass top and it cracked; and they no longer make replacement tops for that model. Wish these appliance problems would've started during the scamdemic when they couldn't get the "chips" for the smart features and WiFi (cuz "lockdowns") and you had to get appliances without that "feature" if you wanted appliances. Too bad those "features" can't be disabled or removed on these new products. Someone could make a fortune doing "work arounds" removing this crap. We had a slide in range, thank goodness we couldn’t get replacement parts for it. We updated. We hired a carpenter and remade counters to accept a gas (real range) range, not slide in. With the contractor and gas line rehooked up and new range (not smart), the price of all was $150 higher than a new slide in range. Now I have the option, when needing replaced, to just easy-peezy go buy normal range. Slide in ranges are ridiculous prices.

I've been spending a fortune on repairing old appliances (washer, etc), but hubs dropped something on my slide-in range glass top and it cracked; and they no longer make replacement tops for that model. Wish these appliance problems would've started during the scamdemic when they couldn't get the "chips" for the smart features and WiFi (cuz "lockdowns") and you had to get appliances without that "feature" if you wanted appliances. Too bad those "features" can't be disabled or removed on these new products. Someone could make a fortune doing "work arounds" removing this crap. If they can make degoogled phones and computers (at least bypassing the surveillance), you'd think it could be done on other things as well.

Sometimes one can find replacement parts from used appliance dealers, or private sellers whose rage stopped working for another reason, but the glass top is still intact- for example.
It helps to have someone in the family who can do the repairs- but these same machines we rely on have intentionally been designed to make it difficult, or impossible, for people to repair themselves.
Yes- that's a great business idea: "work arounds" to disable electronics in appliances, while they retain function. Forgive me for being judgemental, but if someone needs to have their refrigerator remind them to buy something -instead of using a notepad or the back of an envelope- or turn on their oven from a smartphone... they need help. (Ovens long had the option of being turned on & off with a timer with no electronics; still not essential.)

We had a slide in range, thank goodness we couldn’t get replacement parts for it. We updated. We hired a carpenter and remade counters to accept a gas (real range) range, not slide in. With the contractor and gas line rehooked up and new range (not smart), the price of all was $150 higher than a new slide in range. Now I have the option, when needing replaced, to just easy-peezy go buy normal range. Slide in ranges are ridiculous prices.

I measured the microwatt output on the $200 Arris Surfboard that would not cooperate, and it was 49,000 microwatts (1,000 microwatts causes cancer. Source: Bau Biologie, 1999). Simple math? Avoid Arris and demand to know if the radio and wi-fi can be disabled before you purchase the next modem...
I do not allow smart tech - phones, ipads, etc. on my property any more. I walk people right back out to their vehicles if they don't hear me the first time. Some folks are so addicted, they take 4 and 5 reminders. It's amazing. I had no idea how this addiction was playing out, until Art of Liberty put out this clip:
