For those of us who take this matter very seriously, I for one would like to know the process and methodology of detecting 'The americium signal'. There would be (and already are) a million uses for this and potentially for the future of humanity.
Could the tech be condensed into head sets or glasses, and even every day photography?
On a side note, have you every noticed how emaciated the grays look? It appears very likely they are left over walking corpses of the last 'attack/conversion'. They appear malnourished and very feeble in appearance, and their black eye's, well there has been evidence of that already this time around.

We must also take into account the fact that the people involved in this project did not fully understand what they were working on. Since it spans many fields of science, if one person knew everything perfectly, there would be a risk that such a person would figure everything out.
WHO ARE VELON?
Henrik: mmm... Okay, that's also very interesting. I wanted to... you know, definitely continue if you want to talk more about Earth as a whole, the path, and all that. But I wanted to refer back to the Velons so we don't miss that. I want to ask you who they are, what their agenda is, and how they relate to the human experience.
Chris: Sure. The Velons are a semi-physical race. They come from the Galaxy—if you look at the night sky, the Galaxy is behind the constellation Sagittarius, but about 38 galaxies outside of the constellation. Although the Velons have access to several galaxies, like other semi-physical races, they intended to stick to their own solar system.
Currently, their Solar System consists of two suns—it is a binary system—and eight planets. Three orbit one sun, four orbit the other, and the eighth planet orbits both suns. I am trying to come up with names for the planets... There is Marduk, there is Tiamat, and there is Nibiru. Nibiru is also called Anu by the people who live there.
The Velon have six different races, in the same way that you can be Australian, Japanese, German, Russian... whatever. The Velon would divide themselves along those lines, although in reality it's more of a religious division. So, more like Jews, Christians, Muslims... whatever. There are six of them, and the names they give themselves are Johnaan, Jjundaa, Oa, Mila, Hathor, and Annunaki. So these are the names that the six races of Velon have given each other.
The Annunaki live on the eighth planet, which orbits both suns in the Velon Solar System. That is why this planet is called Nibiru or may also be called Anu. Various catastrophes have occurred in their own Solar System. In many ways, the consciousness of the Solar System has, in a sense, given up.
They have been around for 30 million years and have grown bored with what they do. It's very humorous, but that's what it boils down to. In other words, the solar system is in decline. For some strange reason, they are the only semi-physical race that has ever remained in their galaxy. No other race has done this; they have all been outside their Galaxy, but the Velons, for some strange reason, have always remained in their own Galaxy.
If you stand on the main planet, you will see that the ground is blue and the sky is yellow. It's almost like permanent twilight because both suns are declining. So there are no day/night cycles as there are on Earth. What they have is almost permanent twilight.
They have stripped the planet of all life. So the only beings that exist on this planet are the Velons themselves.
There are six different races. The Velons vary in size from about [8 feet] 2.4 meters tall to about [16 feet] 5 meters tall, depending on the race. How can I describe the way they live... They live in what you might call skyscrapers. And they are very technologically advanced—so the skyscrapers contain a lot of technology that makes their lives easier.
And they have developed a computer programming system—again, it's not a computer in the same way that we would think of it, but that's the closest description I can give of it.
And the “hard drives” of these computers are something called ‘Me’—pronounced “May.” There are two different levels of these “Me's,” one is in the same way we would use a computer program or a hard drive. And so, you could take one of these “Me’s” and plug it into a slot in the dashboard of your car, say, and it would program the car to go wherever you want it to go.
The higher level of “I,” if you will, is capable of performing many, many functions and can even operate at the soul level. So, extremely compact, very powerful computer systems.
Henrik: Does that mean that the technology we currently have on our planet is actually designed for... is built from achieved technology or with the intention of working with their technology. Is that true?
Chris: We have different levels of technology on the planet, most of which has been developed through military programs. And the military has acquired a lot of technology from alien sources, whether it be from the Blues, the Grays, the Pleiadians, or the Velons. So we have a mixture of technology on the planet.
Henrik: In other words, it may be partially compatible.
Chris: The biggest drawback of human technology is that it is destructive.
In other words, everything we do to build something involves destroying something else. Even doing something seemingly simple like extracting oil from the ground consumes a tremendous amount of energy, creates tremendous pollution, and then requires tremendous amounts of energy to refine that oil into something we can use.

If you look at the semi-physical races, they work with what is available on their planet. So, if you want to build a flying saucer, for example, they don't extract the material in the way that we would. What they do is work on very psychic levels. So they create a psychic template of the shape of the ship that they want to build.
And they use living plants to grow that shell. In other words, the plant grows and expands around the psychic template that has been built. So it's almost like organic metal. So this is the kind of technological level that the semi-physical races work at, which is at a very natural level—they only use what is available.
And if you look at the propulsion systems that all semi-physical races use in their ships, they use the natural flow of electromagnetic energies that actually hold this Universe together. I mean, forget about gravity. Gravity doesn't exist. We have a conscious Universe that is held together by electromagnetic forces. So they use these electromagnetic forces as a means of propulsion.
In other words, they don't take anything, they don't destroy anything on their planet, they don't create any pollution anywhere. They use what is naturally available.
And the same, more or less, applies to Velon. Velon technology is also based on this level. For example, these “Me” computer disks are actually made of something like yeast.
Again, this is the closest thing we have available on Earth.
Henrik: It's biological technology.
Chris: Yes, it's a biological storage system, yes, you put it well. So they put the ingredients... whatever equivalent of yeast would be put into a mold, and they mentally program that mold. So as that mold grows into the shape of a disk, it takes on the imprint of what it has been programmed to do. So it's a very natural technology.
Although... the Velons mine minerals and raw materials on their home planets.
But they don't destroy the planet. They have a kind of factory system that is programmed... let's say you want to... I don't know... create a computer. So you would program that factory, saying, “We want you to create a computer, and here is the mental model with the necessary ingredients and all the necessary components.” Then the factory extracts the raw materials from the ground, combines them, and creates the device you asked for.
So they have technology at that level. It's a little more advanced than what we have.
Henrik: Yes, it seems so.
Chris: Much more fun for me.
Henrik: Apparently, they're heading in that direction, with neural network-based computers, biological computers, and all kinds of crazy, wacky, scary stuff. So we'll see... I just thought it was interesting in that regard, if our technology development on this planet, as you mentioned, is somewhat advanced because we had... it was captured... achieved... from crashed ETs and, you know... UFOs and the like, that this is something that inspired us, that naturally, its technology was not something we developed, but we received ideas from outside, if you know what I mean, Chris.
Chris: Yes. But also, non-human races have provided us with technology that is being hidden because it doesn't use oil, for example, because oil is the only thing that everyone makes huge amounts of money on. So, if you have technology that doesn't use oil, then nobody wants to know about it.
For example, Tesla's work in the early 1900s. He developed energy structures that required virtually no input. And there was no pollution. And everything was free. But because it was free, Tesla and his work were destroyed. So we have those things too. No, these races provided us with the technology, but it was hidden from the population for political or financial reasons...
Henrik: Well, it would mean, to some extent, freedom and independence from a centralized global government system and everything else. Much of it has to do with control and subjugation of the human race.
