"Excellent presentation by my colleague Dr. Len Ber on Havana syndrome, the intelligence communities involvement in such research and the explanations of how the nano bio convergence via AI is the platform for this neurocognitive warfare. Everything he says ties into my research on self assembly nanotechnology. In my clinical practice, I am seeing more and more people who are expressing symptoms of artificial neuromodulation/brain hacking/ dream insertion/V2K. Everyone is a target of this system on some level, only some are being outright tortured on a daily basis. IQ in the average US population has dropped 10 points since the COVID bioweapon rollout - that IS neurocognitive warfare. "
