Unfortunately laughing has relaxing but not taking pain away. Most patients want to be numb, no matter how much I would encourage to try without :( so many asking for more anesthesia so they would not feel anything. We need people who could make anesthetic clean and other materials. Do we even know what is in the filling material?

This dentist was hard to find and about a 45 minute drive from my house. They are out there and worth every penny (not typically covered by insurance). They also typically use ozone which is way better than rampant antibiotics.
That makes sense to me. I have never seen a microscope at a dentist's office. Do they have them out of sight somewhere or was this an exception? What possessed the hygienist to place the plaque under the microscope to begin with?
