Worth Repeating...

QUOTE

"It is advisable to *take vitamin D with K2* and magnesium* when supplementing, as this will prevent vitamin D toxicity.

*Both K2 and magnesium help deposit calcium in the bones rather than the arteries*, and therefore prevents hypercalcemia, which can occur as a result of vitamin D toxicity."

That's how I take my Vitamin D, thanks for clarifying though.

Ana and others….

Stay tuned for serious efforts by those who can make a difference…going to need ALL awake hands on deck!

These are the only TRUTHS I am concerned with…talk time is over!

Astrid Stuckelberger…get to know her here…

Astrid Stuckelberger.com and here…

https://www.bitchute.com/video/fkjeFPUm6pcv/

Dr Jane Ruby interviewed her recently about Ryan Cole’s gross, unprofessional behavior at the Jan. 2023 Stockholm conference

WHO’s plan for ALL humanity…

1. Create FEAR with ‘deadly’ virus anxiety

2. Total control using nanotechnology

What more details do you need to know to get in high gear to save our country?

NONE because…

1. The media and government are still lying for Big Pharma.

2. Vaccines were created by DOD which is only in the business of killing people and blowing people up….NOT health!

3. The entire DOD list of ingredients of their poisonous shot for ALL lots are NOT known and…will NOT be known until Americans learn what needs to be done to TAKE AMERICAN BACK!

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Very helpful information. Thanks. I have been taking 5,000 IU daily since October and I did not get sick this winter despite the rest of the family getting sick. My allergies have also been very mild this winter more so than usual. So far so good. I was diagnosed with low Vitamin D levels (18) last spring, so I am trying to prevent that from happening again.

I routinely take 10,000 in the winter!!

Reminds me of Linus Pauling's studies on megadosing vitamin c.

the Establishment has gone to great lengths with fear porn and "debunking" of those, too.

Can't have cheap, effective solutions for people that don't come from a pHarmaCo lab.

It's another casualty of fear porn. The witch doctors have done a fine job of using the fear of skin cancer as a way to keep people from getting enough of one the most important aspects of our immune system. Yeah the dermatologist is always telling me to avoid the sum. I have had numerous basal cell carcinomas removed so I get their point. However, I have very light skin and got severely torched in my youth living in the Middle East (like a dumbass). I have no doubt that is the source of my problems and not getting a little sun late in the afternoon when out for a walk. A little sun every day is a good policy.

I take glucosamine made from shellfish, for my joints, it also keeps my skin from burning if I get too much sun.

Wow, I never knew that! I have Scottish heritage and burn easily. Should I risk it with Glucosamine. Any references supporting that would be good, thanks!

I suppose taking an astaxanthin supplement would be the more direct route for protection, but as I said, I take it for my joints, and get a second benefit.

Excellent summary. The research I have done on the benefits Vitamin D absolutely blew my mind, and one of the tidbits you mention - that Vitamin D is produced endogenously - differentiates it from the other substances we call vitamins. I attribute the role of Vitamin D in mucosal immune function (e.g., for an oldie, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20639756/) to the very low incidence of respiratory diseases in our household. Between my wife and I, we take one measurement yearly of Vit D levels (often in December or January) and adjust if needed. Since we garden in the summer, we tend to decrease our supplementation then. We live north of the 49th parallel... Cheers!

If you lived in a salmon culture, you might eat a pound or more daily for weeks??.....wouldn't that be a pretty big dose of vit D? Adding in of course the sunlight absorbtion as well....

A beautiful highly intelligent woman doing the work of GOD. Keep up the Great Work and bring understanding to humanity so that others may begin to truly understand what is going on in our world and we can no longer believe our leaders, doctors, govt personnel, and others that we use to depend on truth, because truth has left these people and humanity is at risk of failure due to lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” King James Version (KJV)

Referring to the section talking about psoriasis in the article, it doesn’t mention how much k2 to take in such a high dose? And instead of d2, could d3 be used instead? Would the amount be the same?

One patient had extensive psoriasis plaques across his scalp, forehead, and ears, as well as smaller plaques on his chest, abdomen, elbows, and thighs. He was given 50,000 IUs of vitamin D2 and soon saw a dramatic improvement in his psoriasis. His skin cleared after a few months of treatment and he was able to stop using steroid creams and medicated shampoos.

I agree. And I have suffered the arrhythmia myself taking D3 and wide spectrum K2, both MK4 and MK7. Several other things were tried but the arrhythmias are an issue for me. I learned what D3 dose to stay under and my maximum tolerable D3 dose needs to be lower that that quoted in the article. This is probably a complex issue that is different for everybody. My suggestion is that people with arrhythmia challenges proceed with caution.
