How dramatic a difference: an example from an injectee neighbour with whom I stood for a mere few seconds around 6mo. ago to hand him something, that caused a quick painful throb; by summer he could stand a few feet away which usually would be sufficient easily to provoke such clot/throb symptoms months ago (not by shedding but by e-effect), his more recent presence had no discernible effect. Ditto similarly re many other people since, with few exceptions.

You could try 500 mg of disodium calcium EDTA orally daily for a little while and see how that feels, you might feel very comfortable with that and the material cost would be extremely minimal and the risk extremely minimal or non-existent if you just buy 50 grams or 100 grams or so to try a bit of that in such a tiny dose of 500 mg, I am doing that now and find my mind is much clearer and lighter though still have deafening tinnitus like an all over body buzz which seems to change its characteristics regularly, but I find at least for now that I am now able to breathe a little more slowly now, as if my lungs are now able to process oxygen better.
Disodium calcium EDTA only costs around 46 quid a kilo online, though it has to be kept dry and out of direct light, in which case it will last for decades says Copilot AI, but it deteriorates and loses its properties if it gets damp or is kept in direct light for instance, so I keep mine in a 1.5 litre Kilner/mason jar with silicone seal out of direct light, transferring just a small amount into a very small second jar for daily use, weighing it out on a gram scale each day, in fact I have found a small level scoop I already have gives more or less a precise 500 mg, so I don't need to bother weighing it every day, and take that every morning after dissolving it in a little warm water on an empty stomach, and supplement with minerals and vitamins later on to make up for any minerals taken by the disodium calcium EDTA.
