I recall reading that MB is not advisable if taking psychotropic drugs, esp. SSRIs. Is this warning appropriate in your view? (Sorry, I haven’t read all linked articles. That might be addressed in one of these.)
I use methylene blue MB + Near Infrared Light NIR + Infrared Light IR and Red Light.
Sleep with the NIR+IR+R Light at night with minimal sheet cover to immerse body in it after dosing with MB before going to sleep. Dr Karl C, who's name Anna has been using to promote this product, just sent out an article on Substack, saying that it did NOT help him after 3 years. He doesn't appear to appreciate his name being advocated for use of MB. He also says it has very negative effects on some people. Caution advised.
