He stated on one occasion that I recall that the dots could mimic viruses. Could it be used to create a pandemic by for example spraying a population with such a product then "testing" them? Is there a genetic sequence capable of being embedded with the dots to set off a test? This is one area of biologic devices I never took a major look into. Perhaps Dr. David Martin has the patent trail and the capabilities listed with medical quantum dot patents.
