I have severe dry eyes, so what works very well for me is cold pressed organic castor oil. I buy tiny little eye dropper bottles on amazon and fill with the castor oil. After I use up what's in the bottle I throw it away and get a new one. Castor oil is anti inflammatory and anti microbial.
