Dr. Ana, about 42 minutes into this video I believe you are saying to boil water, then also filter it afterward? I’ve heard you say reverse osmosis water is the best, I’m already drinking only my home’s reverses osmosis water then boiling it afterward, too. I guess this means a third process of again putting it through a filter after those two processes (coffee filter perhaps?).
