My wife and I are doing another EDTA chelation fast tonight and this weekendish, so here is what we are doing and taking.
They are all pretty mild and chelate verious metals as well as can dissolve hydrogels. They also cross the blood brain barrier and bromelain gets into closed organs systems the others cannot, like the reproductive system.
By far IME the most important things are the EDTA and the ascorbic acid though, so you just start with those and add other things later.
So take it, leave it, ignore it, adapt it for your own use, do what you want with the knowledge I have gained and am sharing with you but EDTA works better than anything else so just make sure you dont take it wrong by taking it too close to anything it will bind with.
But even if it isnt this, Do Something. And by Something I mean take an antioxidant and a chelator together.

I notice that there is a typo in the spelling of Aluminium or Aluminum. Of more importance however it should be noted that Silicone is not an element; silicones are compounds of the element Silicon (a semi-metal) with carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. While this would seem to be a minor error or just typo it does not improve the credibility of the articles.
I used Grok AI to list articles written by Dr Herndon and to see if there are any critiques of his work and found that there are several critiques with similar concerns to my own. I also found several of his articles have been retracted. I don't propose to undertake a general review of his work and I will concentrate on one paper "Chemtrails are Not Contrails: Radiometric Evidence" where he and the other authors claim to have found direct evidence for the presence of Coal fly ash in contrails. His claim rests on the detection of an absorption band in 250-300 micrometer band when his radiometer scanned across a contrail. It is his contention that this is characteristic of coal fly ash thereby proving its presence.
Remembering that the contrails are the result of condensation of the products of combustion of jet fuel it is important to understand the chemistry of jet fuels. Jet fuel and diesel fuel are similar and contain relatively high molecular weight aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Their high molecular weight means that they are difficult to ignite compared to gasoline fuels for motor vehicles although once ignited they burn well and produce a lot of energy.
Jet fuel and diesel fuel differ in the additives that they contain. Jet fuel contains additives for anti-icing in fuel lines, antioxidants to prevent degradation of the fuel, metal deactivators to avoid problems with any metals catalysing combustion, corrosion inhibitors and several others. All these additives are organic materials and none of them contains any metals. Diesel fuel contains other additives to improve the operation of injection pumps and keep the fuel systems clean. Again there are no metals in diesel additives either.
Amongst the compounds found in jet fuels are mono cyclic aromatic compounds including benzene, xylene and toluene and polycyclic aromatic compounds such as anthracene and naphthalene. These compounds have strong absorption in the 250-300 micrometer band. Given that combustion of any fuel is seldom complete, the absorption band found when scanning a contrail is certainly due to the presence of small amounts of unburnt or partially burnt jet fuel. Naphthalene and anthracene are more likely to be incompletely burnt or remain unburnt because they are of high molecular weight compared to the other components of the jet fuel.
There are logistical reasons why it is unlikely that flyash is being dispersed from aircraft. It consists of fine particles of solid that would have to be dispersed in air stream requiring a hopper and a mechanism for agitating its contents so that the flyash can be dropped into an air stream. Such devices exist and they are large and require maintenance mainly to combat abrasion of their interiors. No sensible engineer would allow an abrasive solid anywhere near an operating jet engine for fear of wrecking it or at least compromising its lifespan.
If such a device were mounted away from the jet exhaust say to dump dust over a wing edge, then the dust would certainly leave evidence of its presence by deposits on the wings near its exit point. Furthermore just dumping dust into an aircraft slipstream would produce a narrow stream of dust that would not disperse in the way that a contrail does which is formed from a stream of hot expanding gas. I guess you could drop dust into the gas stream from the engine but there would likely be problems due to turbulence and potential blow back into the engine.
In short the paper does not provide any evidence of the distribution of flyash into contrails.
Finally on the persistence of contrails, I would point out that at 10,000m the air temperature is around -35C. Combustion products of jet fuel are mostly water vapour and CO2. The water vapour rapidly cools well below its freezing point and is therefore present as very finely divided ice crystals. At these altitudes ice crystals will take some time to settle to levels where they can liquefy and above this point can only evaporate by sublimation which seems to me to be necessarily slow. Thus contrails will tend to persist for some time.
The photo of contrails in this article clearly shows contrails crossing each other without interference and at different angles. Crossing without interference is due to their being formed at different altitudes which is due to the practice of vertical separation of air craft routes, e.g. N-S routes from City A to City B are flown at a different height to the S-N routes to avoid collisions. This could give the impression of something nefarious where the observations are merely a consequence of a normal operations. Also updrafts or local weather systems could prevent dispersion of the contrails contributing to the misinterpretation of the evidence. So as I see it persistence of contrails can be explained by basic physics and by operational practices in the airline industry.

My wife and I are doing another EDTA chelation fast tonight and this weekendish, so here is what we are doing and taking.
They are all pretty mild and chelate verious metals as well as can dissolve hydrogels. They also cross the blood brain barrier and bromelain gets into closed organs systems the others cannot, like the reproductive system.
By far IME the most important things are the EDTA and the ascorbic acid though, so you just start with those and add other things later.
So take it, leave it, ignore it, adapt it for your own use, do what you want with the knowledge I have gained and am sharing with you but EDTA works better than anything else so just make sure you dont take it wrong by taking it too close to anything it will bind with.
But even if it isnt this, Do Something. And by Something I mean take an antioxidant and a chelator together.

No its not a dumb question, I wasnt very clear about that but no we do not eat anything during our chelation fasts.
We only eat once a day anyway so the last time we ate was Wednesday night. I do put fresh orange juice into water and vamp fresh pineapples too, but no food.
Its actually much easier to fast while taking EDTA than without it so I highly recommend it.

I notice that there is a typo in the spelling of Aluminium or Aluminum. Of more importance however it should be noted that Silicone is not an element; silicones are compounds of the element Silicon (a semi-metal) with carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. While this would seem to be a minor error or just typo it does not improve the credibility of the articles.
I used Grok AI to list articles written by Dr Herndon and to see if there are any critiques of his work and found that there are several critiques with similar concerns to my own. I also found several of his articles have been retracted. I don't propose to undertake a general review of his work and I will concentrate on one paper "Chemtrails are Not Contrails: Radiometric Evidence" where he and the other authors claim to have found direct evidence for the presence of Coal fly ash in contrails. His claim rests on the detection of an absorption band in 250-300 micrometer band when his radiometer scanned across a contrail. It is his contention that this is characteristic of coal fly ash thereby proving its presence.
Remembering that the contrails are the result of condensation of the products of combustion of jet fuel it is important to understand the chemistry of jet fuels. Jet fuel and diesel fuel are similar and contain relatively high molecular weight aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Their high molecular weight means that they are difficult to ignite compared to gasoline fuels for motor vehicles although once ignited they burn well and produce a lot of energy.
Jet fuel and diesel fuel differ in the additives that they contain. Jet fuel contains additives for anti-icing in fuel lines, antioxidants to prevent degradation of the fuel, metal deactivators to avoid problems with any metals catalysing combustion, corrosion inhibitors and several others. All these additives are organic materials and none of them contains any metals. Diesel fuel contains other additives to improve the operation of injection pumps and keep the fuel systems clean. Again there are no metals in diesel additives either.
Amongst the compounds found in jet fuels are mono cyclic aromatic compounds including benzene, xylene and toluene and polycyclic aromatic compounds such as anthracene and naphthalene. These compounds have strong absorption in the 250-300 micrometer band. Given that combustion of any fuel is seldom complete, the absorption band found when scanning a contrail is certainly due to the presence of small amounts of unburnt or partially burnt jet fuel. Naphthalene and anthracene are more likely to be incompletely burnt or remain unburnt because they are of high molecular weight compared to the other components of the jet fuel.
There are logistical reasons why it is unlikely that flyash is being dispersed from aircraft. It consists of fine particles of solid that would have to be dispersed in air stream requiring a hopper and a mechanism for agitating its contents so that the flyash can be dropped into an air stream. Such devices exist and they are large and require maintenance mainly to combat abrasion of their interiors. No sensible engineer would allow an abrasive solid anywhere near an operating jet engine for fear of wrecking it or at least compromising its lifespan.
If such a device were mounted away from the jet exhaust say to dump dust over a wing edge, then the dust would certainly leave evidence of its presence by deposits on the wings near its exit point. Furthermore just dumping dust into an aircraft slipstream would produce a narrow stream of dust that would not disperse in the way that a contrail does which is formed from a stream of hot expanding gas. I guess you could drop dust into the gas stream from the engine but there would likely be problems due to turbulence and potential blow back into the engine.
In short the paper does not provide any evidence of the distribution of flyash into contrails.
Finally on the persistence of contrails, I would point out that at 10,000m the air temperature is around -35C. Combustion products of jet fuel are mostly water vapour and CO2. The water vapour rapidly cools well below its freezing point and is therefore present as very finely divided ice crystals. At these altitudes ice crystals will take some time to settle to levels where they can liquefy and above this point can only evaporate by sublimation which seems to me to be necessarily slow. Thus contrails will tend to persist for some time.
The photo of contrails in this article clearly shows contrails crossing each other without interference and at different angles. Crossing without interference is due to their being formed at different altitudes which is due to the practice of vertical separation of air craft routes, e.g. N-S routes from City A to City B are flown at a different height to the S-N routes to avoid collisions. This could give the impression of something nefarious where the observations are merely a consequence of a normal operations. Also updrafts or local weather systems could prevent dispersion of the contrails contributing to the misinterpretation of the evidence. So as I see it persistence of contrails can be explained by basic physics and by operational practices in the airline industry.
