My wife and I both take arizona and medfive EDTA at the same time as Vitamin C, ALA (via hempseed oil) and sodium citrate. (Twice daily)

There are no negative interactions and the mix of EDTAs gets 1800mg in your system immediately and the medfive in a couple of hours. You shouldnt eat or take many other supplements or many beverages within 3-4 hours of taking EDTA, or it instantly binds and is wasted for our intended purpose.

You can also consume fresh pineapple at the same time to get a ton more vitamin C, citrate and bromelain as well. I just vamp a whole pineapple by skinning it, chunking it and then chewing up each chuck for a minute, sucking the juice out and spitting out the pulp because eating that much fiber will screw up your gut. Fresh orange juice also has a ton of active vitamin C and citrate, I just buy them on clearance for cheap and juice a few at a time by hand with a twist juicer then strain it into zerowater then rinse the strained/crushed pulp into my water too since both C and citrate are water soluble.

No problems doing all the above twice a day while fasting for 2 or 3 days either, then you can be sure the EDTA is working and maximize your blood cleaning.

I Vamp 1 or one and a half pineapples a day and then also drink a bunch of orange juice water during your fast and I think you will feel much much better. The EDTA actually makes it really easy to fast but many people do not pay close enough attention to how they are taking it and waste it.

Im not giving anyone medical advice and Always do your own research on Any possible interactions about Any rx drugs you have to take but if you already Know shedding is real and really want to try to fix it like we do, I highly recommend it.

Plus all of the above (besides EDTA) are fairly mild and natural with very few possible interactions, at least for us.

Everyone needs it now though, imho.
